Refil For Tiffany Roller Ball?

Going through old pens, I found a Tiffany roller ball that I no longer use. It's sterling, and was a Elsa Perretti design - thin with a "swoopy" clip.

 

I don't use these, so I don't have refills around. I found a Montblanc refill that fits if I cut off the little plastic "tail" from the refill. What was in the pen was an old dried out Lamy refill that I also cut, though that would have been many years ago.

 

I doubt that Tiffany refills are a do-it-yourself item. Anyone know which widely available refills will fit these?

Montblanc roller are 4.39, the G2, Uniball Signo, Uniball Jetstream, Visconti rollerball, waterman rollerball, Monteverde rollerball are all 4.375 I believe. Not sure if that little bit shorter dimension will fit.
