:< such is a waste for it to become a beautiful stick... I think it's best to test it now before anymore problems that will arise with this pen... seriously who knows how many headaches it will incur 10 years later

I may not know u well...but from your replies, it seems that u are hoping for problems???

From your previous few comments, I opined that it is excruciatingly difficult to deal with negative people, people like you who like to bring others' mood down with your pessimism, anxiety, and generally I could feel that u have sense of distrust. While I can deal with you by understanding the reasons for your negativity. But I would not do it here. Anyway in brief, almost all negativity has its roots such as fear of being disrespected by others, the fear of not being loved by others, and the fear that “bad things” are going to happen.

I bet u hv better things to do than writing such time-wasting comments.. Suggest your bring these comments out of my threads and find your own playground.

Hope you gain the compassion, positivity, and maturity as I am not sure what seem to be your problem.

Hope u are blessed with all the positivity in 2015! May God Bless u!

Wow!!!! That is a gorgeous pen! You'll hear no negative comments from me about setting it apart as a work of art rather than a daily writer. Congratulations!!

When I think about the care and dedication to preserving and transmitting the Bible that generations of scribes exhibited... well, I think this is a wonderful tribute to that effort.

Beautiful artwork and decorations. Are you ever going to bring it outside or just keep it at home?

Since this is your 'grail pen', will you quit collecting after this?

I will bring it out to all my "pen-collector" gatherings, just to let my friends see and appreciate this piece of art. :) this will not be my last pen. this is just the beginning. lol

What a lovely pen. I have admired it in catalogs and websites and would dearly love it myself. I would ink it and use it if it were mine but it's yours to do with as you wish. I have never hesitated to use my most valuable pens because that's what they are made for.

BTW, I think Algester was not being negative or wishing for problems to occur but suggesting that if you don't test it now there might be some sort of problem that would remain undiscovered until you ink it 10 years hence. It's also possible that sitting unused for 10 years just might be bad for it. I think it was an attempt to be helpful.

Grace and Peace are already yours because God is the Creator of all of life and Jesus Christ the Redeemer of each and every life.
