In my opinion you would contact where you bought it from, Goulet. A lot of places dont date-stamp their warranty but they still acknowledge and will take care of it in case of problems. The celluloid section is really nice. I also dont like metal sections, but the Montegrappa Extra 1930 section is rather short and is sterling silver, and somehow it doesnt bother me much at all, unlike the newer Omas Paragon version with a long chrome/rhodium plated metal section and a step-down on it.

Well just a quick update.

 

I think both Goulet and Montegrappa guys were great help!

 

They managed to arrange it with a local vendor in Hong Kong to get my pen serviced!

 

It took a couple of months to get it done, but my pen came back serviced! (Apparently something was wrong with the piston).

 

I totally forgot about this thread, but I think we should tell people about it when someone does good by you, so Kudos to Goulet and Montegrappa!
