The only place I know of is the 3 story Salisbury Antique Market in Catherine Street. There are often a few FP's in the street-level window that have been restored by a local chap (not me!) and usually several unrestored ones in some of the cabinets on the other floors. The place is a bit hit and miss, a bit rickety and has that "hemmed-in" feeling so mind you don't knock anything over! Prices tend to be more antique market than junk shop if you know what I mean but I've found the occasional bargain.

WH Smiths at the other end of the Old George Mall (entrance on opposite side of road to the antique market) has (or had) a pen counter with the usual suspects.

Waterstones has the usual notebooks.

I've never seen anything in the market square on market days.

Yesterday is history.

Tomorrow is a mystery.

Today is a gift.

That's why it's called the present

Not quite Salisbury, but if you're ever in Winchester try Warren & Son. They're at the very top of the high street and have a very nice pen counter at the back of the store, and will let you try before you buy. They stock the usual Parker, Waterman, Cross, Lamy, but also Conway Stewart and a couple others. They also have some ink too (Montblanc, parker, waterman, lamy).
