Is There A Website That Sells Personalized Notebook Paper

I have been looking for a notebook I can use to keep track of my daily health… weight, mood, eating habits, exc. I was wondering if anyone has come across a website that allows you to customize the pages inside your notebook and not just the front cover.

Thanks!!!!!!

Hm, not all the pages.

Renaissance Art will allow you to choose your ruled lines, every page, only on the right or only on the left type of thing, but the other options they have are for 4x6 cards that you would actually slip into one of their photo sleeve books, for that type of thing, which they do customize. I'm not sure if there is anyone else who does this. I don't see the health cards listed, maybe mine were custom, I cannot remember. They are called Lifestyle cards.

You may try Levenger. I seem to recall seeing some personalized paper or cards on their website.

Not sure what customisation you want but maybe Toad Diaries can help. (UK company)

They do journals as well as diaries. Click on the Design Your Own tab at top of the page

Don't think they do special subject journal pages though

Just a thought: there are quite a few pre-printed health and lifestyle journals available from places like Amazon.

There's always the option of working with a local print shop to make something up. Most are accustomed to orders for custom letterhead; unless you were having them number each page they could print up the pages and then either do the binding themselves or help you locate a bookbinder. Assuming of course you want it bound. The other options being some sort of spiral binding (print shops usually know how to do this for businesses ordering presentation/training materials) or simply having the pages punched for a looseleaf binder.

By working with the print shop you could obviously also have better control of paper so it would be fp friendly.

There are several health-focused notebooks on the market, molie comes to mind:

Easy to design the format you like and either print it and bind it yourself or visit your local printshop. As noted, getting a binding you like may be expensive.

Depending on the types and amount of information you want to track, you could have one or two rubber stamps made up to give you the item labels and text-entry fields. Then you can use any notebook you like. You may track weight, calorie intake, exercise, emotional temperature and wellness but you're not likely to do blood pressure and cholesterol numbers every day. That changes the layout.

Personally, I'd go with a self-printed and simple folded and stapled pad, maybe 10 sheets (20 leaves) to see if it's worth doing at all. Your doctor might require this information but, speaking for myself only, this kind of obsession with data wears off quickly, especially if you are concientious enough to actually change your habits and succeed in reaching some goals.
