How Do You Display Your Pens ?

Greetings All FPN

Like the name says Jotteraddict.

So you buy and collect pens and pencils of all types. You have a place to store your pen,

but what about displaying your pens. I find anything that is Parker to display my pens.

Displays also work as storage. 99.9999% of my pens are Parkers, someday I may branch

out to other pen makers. But if I see something none Parker at a good price I'll buy the item

in question. When I go out hunting for pens on Nov. 2nd I'll be going to shops that I have not

been to yet. We'll see what happens then.

So how do you display your pens?

I have a Parker showcase that used to be in a stationary shop to show my colection.

Have a look at my pens for sale here or follow me @penatelier.
And if you have any information on OWA pens, made by Peter Jungmann somewhere near Heidelberg, Germany, please let me know.

I found a piece of ancient driftwood of the shore of Lake Michigan, North of Leland. It has three worn grooves that perfectly hold three pens...my Bexley Delaware, Pelikan M600 and Sailor Pro Gear.

That sounds fantastic! Any chance of a picture? Would love to see that.

I don't generally display mine just out of concern for long-term UV exposure. My storage chest has pull out drawers which I can carry and lay out to show off my pens. Works great.

I write with them, so I would say "one at a time".

I don't display mine. They rest in pen pouches.

I use a shelf in an Ikea bookcase to display mine. I change the pens on display from time to time. The rest of my pens are in the cases below. The three pens at the front are my currently inked ones.

I like the Waterman Audace pens you have and the way you display them. I used to have one some time ago. I still have my Ici et Là, but I need to get it fixed. I gave all my Waterman Phileas pens to my sister a while back.

That said, I don't display my pens. I store them in a way so that I can easily get them to write with them.

I like this set up and the black drawer cases look as if they were made just for the shelf. Is there an online source for the black drawer cases?

I got the black pen cases from pencase.co.uk. they are also available in a wood finish and different colours of felt interiors. Geoff Morris makes them and he is a delight to deal with! Can't recommend too highly.

I was just lucky that the three fit so nicely in the Ikea bookcase.
