Slitti Paper Review - Italian Cotton?

Hello all

 

We were out shopping at Pusateri's in Toronto when I decided to throw a nice Italian chocolate in the cart. I didn't think much off it until later the next day.

 

While sitting down to enjoy the chocolate I noticed that the box the bar came is was a very good quality. So I carefully to the box apart and it seemed like cotton rag.

 

As you can see I got my pens out and took a few for a test drive and the results were incredible for a chocolate box.

 

A little coarser than Amalfi, but very nice to write on.

 

I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story.

Cool find... It's not like I need another excuse to each chocolate though... But maybe they could be used as postcards? Not sure the recipient would appreciate not receiving the actual chocolate... Friends and family would understand knowing it came from me though... That MB toffee brown is looking a lot like Stipula verde muschiato...??

Bad idea, chocolates are far too small to write on an the waxy oils could contaminate your feed.

Must say that the chocolate wrappers I usually use for correspondence are nowhere near this quality.

Everybody needs an excuse for chocolates, sauternes and fps.
