Coming a little late to this thread, but what the heck. I had to do something to organize, and this is what I came up with. Inspired by the inimitable Amberlea, I used various boxes to give the sense of several levels of height. From where I sit, it looks like a geographical exhibit of hills and valleys.

 

It's a little shocking --I really had no idea I had accumulated quite so much ink in the past couple of years!-- but at least I can see what I have and, unfortunately, what I am "missing" (as if that were possible... )

 

I really will have to head to IKEA to see if a small cabinet with doors grabs my interest.

Right now I just have them sitting on a letter size/short bankers short box laying on its side (I have several years of Franklin Planners in it) I need to do something different as the top is filling up.

With three exceptions (4.5oz Borealis Black, 100ml plastic cone-shaped plastic bottle of MB black with SuperCleaner SC21, and india ink), all my bottles of ink are sitting on top of the medicine cabinet.
