Mercedes Fountain Pens ?

Hello All:

 

Came across a couple of fountain pens labeled Mercedes. One is a model 50 and the other a model 95 while both say Made in Germany. Does anyone have any knowledge about who manufacture them?

They are a vintage German pen. Mercedes was the company but no association with Mercedes Benz. It was founded by an ex worker of either Montblanc or Matador, I don't remember which. There are also a modern "Mercedes" pen but these are made for the car company by an unknown manufacturer in India.
