Must De Cartier Pen Identification

I am new to this forum. I have a Must de Cartier pen that I am trying to find out more information about. I tried Cartier directly; they replied that they do not maintain a history of discontinued models. My information: Must de Cartier ST 150057, St. Bille, Chevron Po. The top of the cap is stamped with 1990, the serial number and logo. The pen appears to be gold plated. I purchased the pen at the duty free shop at the Tokyo airport in February 1992. Any help in learning more about this pen would be appreciated.

i have a sterling silver dip pen that is stamped sterling and is also stamped cartier it has a desk holder with it and the nib is marked w.s.hicks and sons 14 karat where could i find out about this pen and is it actually a cartier if they even make one like i have its plain no engravings just the stamped places as of what i have mentioned
