There's already a helpful thread on this subject. Unfortunately I don't have the time to search for it, but I read it recently. If you don't find it, I'll search it later. :)

I know this is quite late but... because of various work and study commitments I spend quite a lot of time in France. Over there this kind of paper is available everywhere, even in my local supermarket. Can always pick up a few pads / packs of loose sheets next time I'm over there and send them on to you. Let me know if you're interested.

Clairefontaine and Rhodia are widely available in Quebec. I know at least 4 stores that carries loose leaf clairefontaine.

Nota Bene Papeterie

Adresse : 3416 av du parc, Montreal, QC

Téléphone : 514-485-6587

This store is the best, it's worth a call. Make sure you talk to Russell Hemsworth, the owner. He travels the world to find the best paper and his store is my main source of note book, including Apica from Japan. His store is all about paper, it's also an amazing art gallery right in the heart of downtown.

I know that he ships and he will soon have a web site for his shop.

Well, that solves it! I went to their website and they do have French-ruled Clairefontaine sheets there.

Being new to the baord Ive been browsing older threads and came across this one. Ive tried downloading several of the grnerated PDF files from Incomptech as suggested above but they don't seem to want to work. Anyone having the same problem or is it just me?

Was not working for me either last week, but I just checked it and the PDF's are generated and working now.

Kevin must have fixed it.

I was searching for 'Séyès ruling' on Google and this thread, as old as it is, was right at the top....so I thought I'd address the issue if anyone HAPPENS to still care about Clairefontaine loose French ruled paper. I have some that I bought as a special order from France. It was a bit of a pain to get and took 3 months to come in, but I have it if you want it! http://www.gouletpens.com/Clairefontaine_Loose_Sheets_p/c1750.htm

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
