Thank you.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

More than five years since the original review, the converter trouble persists.

Shame on you, Monteverde!

The green converter does not attach properly and comes off very easily. I cannot carry the pen anywhere with this converter; for the time being it must stay on my desk.

The magnetic cap is a nice feature, but the cap itself is too heavy. The pen really ought to be posted for aesthetic reasons, but it then becomes very top-heavy. I could live with that, if I could take hold of the pen at the top of the grip section, especially as there are no threads. Balance would be restored by grabbing the pen higher up.

Alas, there is a sharp rise between grip section and barrel! The pen must be held either very low at the grip section or very high at the lower end of the barrel, both uncomfortable positions for me. I regard this as a design flaw.

I ordered the blue-and-white Regatta on the basis of its good looks. Unfortunately the blue is considerably darker and duller in real life than in most pictures. I was hoping for a bright and cheerful blue to complement the delightfully transparent crackled-ice-white stripes.

looks like a very nice pen  Thanks for sharing

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time
