Does Monteverde Rollerball Refills Fit Parker 25 Fibre Tip Pen?

I have a Parker 25 fibre tip pen. The existing refill has dried. The section is not wide enough for a current Parker rollerball refill to fit in. I tried to fit in a ballpoint refill using the adaptors from my Big Red, but the adaptors don’t fit as well. Recently, I found out that Monteverde makes refills for Parker rollerballs. As far as I can tell from the pictures, the Monteverde refills are not as wide as the genuine Parker refills. Has anyone tried to fit one of these to a Parker 25 fibre tip pen [with a section like mine]?

I have too a couple of Parker 25 and I can't find refills that can fit them. Does anyone know some compatible refill or adaptor?

No. I have tried the Monteverde rollerball refills in my Parker 25 (MK1) and while they are slightly smaller in dia. than the Parker Quink refills, they are still too large to fit. So close! My plan is to ream out the inside of my grip section to make room for the refills. I'll try to post again with my results soon...
