I have a bottle of the old formula, before all the reformulations, and I can confirm this ink is not pinkish at all. It is a dark ink with a rose undertone.

That is the one I have too, Mhguda, the old version.

But I had seen the new formula one, and had found it was very pink.

Now, gopool's one doesn't seem to be the old formula, but it doesn't look as pink as the new one, hence my wondering about it. I am lost

There was some confusion because after the first reformulation there seems to have been at least one other... There were some threads dedicated to this, I forget if it was 2014 or 2015. So if you;re confused, you are far from alone, fountainpagan!

I think this is the reformulated version because I recently acquired it. It is quite pink with a fine nib, but with a wide or flex nib the shading makes up for that.```

Today I inked couple of airmail 69Ts ( marbled red and marbled Violet) with daytone Blue-black ink and both are writing smooth and wet. So I will be using these for next few months.

Last night I replaced the stock ebonite feed on my Ranga Bamboo with a No Nonsense feed and inked it up with Noodler's Bay State Blue. So far, it's a dream to write with.

Lovely pen! I have looked at the Ranga Bamboo before - will have to add it to the list of pens from India I want to add to my collection.

Airmail 58C - refitted with a Fountain Pen Network 1.0 stub, and a standard 5.1 ebonite feed. My computer camera, nor my small digital camera is giving me a clear picture. However, here is my review of this pen. I purchased the pen from Fountain Pen Network, and I picked it up from the Post Office this afternoon. The Airmail 58C looks like the Wality 70, except it is somewhat larger, making it a bit weightier.

Airmail Eyedropper - 58C. Inked with Chesterfield Rose. Originally the pen came with an Airmail fine nib, however, I prefer broad or stub nibs. The 1.0 stub writes like a real broad, and it writes very smooth & wet. The nib did not require any smoothing or tuning. The pen has ink windows that surround the barrel. Green swirled/mottled plastic body and cap, which has a smell similar to an Ahab, however, much less pungent and hardly noticeable. Clip was snug. The cap has a large metal band around it, giving it its own unique character. The metal band gives the cap some weight so that it does not feel too light when posted. When posted it is not top heavy, and gives a nice balance when writing.

Cost: $14 - for the pen 13 cm. capped

3 - for the standard 5.1 ebonite feed 15.7 cm posted

7 - for the 1.0 stub nib 18 g. with ink

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
