Twsbi Replacement Parts?

Hi All,

 

I purchased a TWSBI Diamond 530 and really like the pen. It is an excellent product for a very good price. I was not sure which nib to include so I bought two nibs, F & EF. I am glad I did. Somehow the portion of the pen that wraps around the nib feed cracked on opposite sides, parallel with the length of the pen. The nib and feed are ok but I need to find a new o-ring and outer piece. I was able to install the other nib and the pen is back in service.

 

Where can I obtain replacement parts? I would think that the o-rings and some of the other parts would be available.

 

I have no idea how the cracks happened. I did load the pen with Bay State after rinsing it. It was fine then started to skip so I proceeded to rinse out the Bay State. I ran the pen under hot water, that may have caused it. I also soaked it over night in a glass of water with a couple of drops of bleach to break down the Bay State residuals. When I finished cleaning and drying the pen I noticed the cracks. Not so happy with Bay State. I know it's reputation, just didn't think it was quite so sensitive.

 

I will not be using it again unless the pen is dedicated to it and that means I would only use an inexpensive throw away pen. I tried the Noodlers roller ball pens with Bay State but after a while they burp ink out of the section around the feed. I have had that happen with two different ones in spite of how tight the feeds are installed. I like the ink color but it is not worth the hassle for me. Sorry to rant.

 

Back to my question, is there a way to obtain replacement parts for the TWSBI?
