Thanks for the review! This is such a great ink and my favorite blue. It behaves well and always puts a smile on my face.

I have been using Kon Peki for the last few days and am just loving it!

It seems to pair perfectly with the Aurora Mare I just received.

Hi RookSeven,

Thanks for the great review. It is one of my favourite inks but it looks more Turquoise to me. It looks very blue in your review (although I accept your disclaimer!).

Best wishes

Jon

Hi, I have a dumb question. I have noticed that several of your ink reviews carry the sub-title, "A mediocre ink review". After having read a few of these, may I ask to what are you referring to as mediocre? Is the ink mediocre, or are you referring to your own review as mediocre? I guess I'm just not clear on that. Thanks. And thanks very much for posting the review.

Best regards,

kp

Like I said before we lost some posts from FPN going down, I mean my review is mediocre, not the ink. :)

Is it a mediocre ink, or a mediocre review (i.e., badly written)? I kind of like the color. Green with some dark spinach backbone!

I regard my reviews as mediocre and quickly done. :P

Maybe I should say "A mediocre review..." as opposed to "A mediocre ink review..."

Yes, I responded too, I guess that post was lost as well. It's all good! Thanks for doing the review! I've read several of your reviews lately, and I appreciate your submitting them. =)

Update!

Took a picture of the review page today which I think better reflect the actual color of this ink. :) Although, it might be a little dark... I would add it to the OP, but I can't edit my previous posts anymore. Is there only a certain window of time after you've posted that you can make edits?

Not that it helps anybody else, but the photos from your review look to be very much in line with the color of the ink to my eye. I'm a very big fan of Kon-Peki, and I always have it loaded up in my Opera Demo with a Stub Nib. So wet, so luscious.

This ink is so runny it falls out of my eye dropper before I can squeeze it into a Visconti traveling ink well.

Perished bulb on the dropper?
