Good transparent ink for demonstrator?

Can anyone recommend a good transparent (as opposed to opaque) ink for demonstrator pens? I really like the look of diamine pumkin in my TWSBI but other inks just look black until when your almost out of ink and only a thin film is attached to the walls then you can see the colour of the brilliant ink.

I think there are many. I love PR DC Electric Blue in my demonstrators. The De Atramentis inks are lovely (again I favor blues and purples).

I find Herbin Sky Blue and Pervenche Blue look good in my Waterman demonstrator pen.

My TWSBI is currently sporting good old Lamy Blue Black and I keep noticing how nice it looks.

I came here for the pictures and stayed for the conversation.

I specifically use orange-yellow inks in my demos.

I like Cd'A Saffon and Kin Mokusei is currently my

favorite Sailor LE orange colour.

Sheaffer Skrip Turquoise looks fantastic in my Noodler's Flex Nib Creaper (both in the pen, and coming from the nib!) I'd recommend that. :)

Depends on the color, pinks and oranges are almost always going to show up as more transparent than purple and blue.

Blaze Orange, only if you have an M nib though.

Exactly what I was going to suggest.

I've been on a quest to see if I could commit all Seven Deadly Sins in a single day. Finally, it dawned on me I shouldn't try for the One Day Wonder Prize for all seven in one day. It's simply out of any question as you can't commit decent sloth while busily ticking the other six off your crowded "to do" list. -- ViolinWriter
