Staedtler Mars 746 700 Ultrasonic Pen Cleaner

I just acquired a Staedtler Mars 746 700 Ultrasonic Pen Cleaner in used condition. Does anyone know where I could get a copy of the instruction sheet for it? Or could someone please tell me how it is properly used?

No need to get instruction sheets - they're fairly straight forward in use.

 

Do NOT use warm or hot water. Warm water can cause some plastics to cloud over.

Use a TBSP of ammonial in cool/cold water, and limit yourself to 3 minute cycles. Multiple cycles can be used if needed, but usually no more than two or three are needed.

 

If yours is like mine, it does not have a timer built in. I have a digital timer attached to the side of mine with a piece of velcro so that it's handy, but can be removed to read (important for us trifocal wearing folks!)

This is the same machine I use. All there is to know is that the on and off switch is the black button on top.

Never use it empty. Some cold tap water and a few drops of dishwashing detergent do the trick.
