What On Earth Is This Narrow, Cheap Pen?

It wasn't expensive at all, and I think I found it 25 years ago. It has the 80s "high tech industrial" look. I have no idea of the maker but there is a logo on the end. Can't write with it because I dropped it and bent the nib. Does anyone make nibs this small any longer if I can replace it? It is nicely small for a fountain pen.

Honestly, I think that I had this pen in the past, many years ago before this became a full addiction. What strikes me is the proprietary appearing cartridge. Could this be a Staedtler? I know the cap does not show the current company logo but I do not know about 20-30 years ago. I did look thru an online database of logos but did not see anything under the "S" that matches this one.

 

As far as the nib goes any decent nib meister can fix this one, the damage seems minimal.

I sent an email to Tom Westerich over at Penboard.de to see if he recognized it. Will let you know if I get a response. Checked the logos for Staedler, Stabilo & Soenneken and all 3 were different than the logo on the cap. Perhaps the cap is just a single initial and not truly a corporate logo.

Yes, the body is all metal. The shank, if that is what you call the part holding the feed and nib, is not, but is plastic. I was thinking perhaps a new nib could simply be substituted, but I know nothing about sizes and this looks very oddball. The logo looks like an S made of two interlocked C shapes, not a G. The feed looks about 2mm wide. Does anyone make nibs in this size?

Okay, here is something. Looking closely at the disposable cartridge, you can read in matte frosted letters "Lady Austria." I think I'll put the shank/feed/nib thingy into an ultrasonic cleaner bath to see if things clean up.

Yes, the cartridge appears to be pierced by an extension of the back end of the shank. You can still see the dislodged circular plastic disk from the end of the cartridge, pushed inside of it.
