You can find the full review on my blog, here is a direct link to the full review: Think Pens Iceland Fountain Pen Review

A friend of mine recently let me borrow a Think Iceland fountain pen. He recommended I try it, seeing as how I don't own too many modern pens. I accepted the offer graciously. I used the pen for about a month, almost exclusively at work, so I could put some milage on it. The pen itself is larger and heaver than my vintage pens, so it was a little strange at first. But I settled into the feel after ~1.5 days. The only thing I never could get used to was having the pen posted. So, I pretty much ended up keep the pen unposted. The Think Iceland pen, is very pretty. I am not too into many of the modern pens out there as they can get a bit too gaudy. This was a perfect pen for me. Fun yet not over the top. It has a very nice pattern in the acrylic. Blue / White / Gray / Black checker (kinda) style.

Everywhere I took the pen I received great comments and questions about the pen. It is definitely a good looking pen.

The pen came with a Medium Iridium tipped german steel nib. I filled the pen with Pelikan Royal Blue. The ink started right up in the pen. No feed/flow issues. The nid is very smooth, not really any scratchiness or anything to note of. Very nice medium. The ink stayed well behaved the whole time I tested it.

In case you were unaware, Think Pens is a division of Krone pens.

That is a great looking pen. I have always thought that THINK had some good looking pens.
