I just have to put my 2-pence in here....Brian has made it very difficult for me to even consider purchasing pen-related anything from anywhere else. Not that the other folks don't have great products and service....I've bought from them as well. But SUPERLATIVE experience.....I mean above and beyond the call back in the day kind of one-on-one personal touch type of experience....is what this young whipper shnapper offers. If he doesn't have it he'll make an effort to get it for you. I was taken aback and instantly smitten. It's great to know he's as passionate about this stuff as we are, thereby enhancing all our enjoyment of this "fetish".

I am as passionate about this stuff as you, perhaps more so! Haha...I guess I am a whipper snapper, though watching my son grow up makes me feel a little older every day!

Yes, and you would have had it even faster if I hadn't had company in town on the 17th. I actually.....gasp.....took a day off! First one in months! Well....I sort of took a day off. I had a family friend staying with us this week and I was working on building a lean-to shed and installing a whole-house water softener. That's how I spent my day off So yes, I shipped it out one day later than normal, otherwise you would have had it even sooner.

I ordered a couple of ink samples from The Goulet Pen Company and some ink bottles. I had such a positive experience that my following order was placed with them, as they now reside at the top of my list for good pen/paper retailers. I also appreciated the hand written note showing their appreciation for my business.

Another satisfied customer. That handwritten note and the level of customer service has earned my loyalty. But that handwritten note threw me for a loop first time I saw it. So completely unused to that level of dedication that I had to double-check my order, make sure I had only ordered 1 bottle and wasn't getting thanked for ordering 1 palette of bottles

I met Brian first on youtube then I saw him at the DC Pen Show. I must admit I was a bit star struck!! Great guy. His wife and sister in law also great people. I absolutely enjoy his reviews -- the music...the "snap" ...so cool! Looking forward to seeing what you do with the Lap desk idea you're noodling around with.
