Just received an email informing me that my TWSBI pen is on its way!! I'm really looking forward to this pen.

Now I'm following developments on the TWSBI ink bottle - must have a couple of those!

I was emailing with him to try and figure out why I didn't get an invoice, but didn't hear anything today; I assume he was busy mailing out some pens... :gaah:

Sorry guys, almost all my time has been spent shipping pens, or preparing to ship pens, or something related to pens. I have definitely been lax in the customer service "front office", being busy in the "back office". I get up early, go to the post office, go to work, get home, start addressing envelopes, fill out customs forms, put pens in envelopes, send out shipping confirmations from pens shipped that day, answer a few emails, and then it's time for bed.

I bought a laser printer last night to help me greatly expedite the process though. I should definitely clear up the entire queue over the weekend and have everything shipped by mon/tuesday. As of right now (i just got back from the post office haha), i've mailed out about 100 of 300 pens in three days, which I agree is too slow. I'll pick it up tonight and tomorrow. I'm trying to get 50-60 packages out tomorrow at a minimum.

Currently inked pens:

Pilot M90 F- Iroshizuku Tsuyu-Kusa

Sailor 1911 EF - MB Blue

Twsbi Diamond 530 F-Noodler's "Taiwan Eternally Free" Black Strait

You're not a robot! 100 pens in 3 days sounds like a world record to me. Please don't be too hard on yourself, and take it easy! Thanks for everything so far, I'm hoping to be one of the first to receive the delectable pens.

I'm one of the lucky 100 that you've already shipped to. Thanks. Really impressed with the Taiwan Postal Service tracking system. Went to the website you provided and entered my tracking number and voila: Presented at the post office June 30th and shipped July 1st. It even showed the flight number the item is leaving on (Taiwan to Vancouver). Very slick.

I also received my notice of shipment. Mine left on 6/30/10 and is scheduled to arrive in my mailbox on the 8th of July. Woo Hoo. Pics will be forthcoming when it arrives.

How do you know the schedule date? I'm soooo curious but dare not bother Mark anymore. I'm sure he's got his hands full.

I received an email including the schedule with my invoice. Very courteous don't you think?
