Mont Blanc Carbon Fiber (146) Review

One thing about this pen that just occurred to me - it's the 146 sibling to the J. P. Morgan. It has many of the same design elements, although in a torpedo shape: woven carbon fiber in see-through resin on the cap; and a white metal barrel.

 

Oh, and the one thing your pen has that the J. P. Morgan does not: a visible ink supply window. Something I wish the J.P. Morgan had.

Is the section resin? I couldn't tell from your pictures but it looks like the pen is black all the way to the bottom of the ink window. I really like this pen. Do the materials make the balance change?
