What's your favorite big black pen?

This isn't any easy subject to remark,

 

Looking at the German makers, clearly me have a dispute between the M1000 anf the MB149

In Italy, I'd say Aurora 88, Omas Paragon, Stipula Etruria and maybe even the Delta 365

Japan, clealy the Pilot 845, 823, Sailor King of pens, Top Nakaya and Danitrio pens

In America, I'd say the Parker Duofold, Waterman Man 100, Cross Townsend

UK, maybe the CS Churchill,

France, the Dupont's Neo Classic and Olympio

My favorite big black pen is my Stipula Etruria with the factory 1.1 italic nib. Yum! A very close second is my Visconti Divina Maxi. Also close, but different, is my Danitrio Densho in raw ebonite, and my Omas Ogiva. But even with all these choices, the Etruria is still the top dog!

I have an MB 149 which I like very much, a couple of Lamy 2000s which I also like very much and if Sailor made a King Of Pen with a piston-filling system, I think that I would buy one tomorrow!

 

Well, there's the Realo, but it was an LE and pretty pricey.

You can try a vintage Montablanc 139, it's flat top, but it will cost you a lot more...

(by the way is my favorite full black pen, together with an Extra Lucens oversize).

I'll have to be satisfied with my Hemingway. It isn't black, but it's big and a flat-top. Flattish-top. Hee.

I cannot decide on one. My favorites will be Sailor KOP in Black Urushi, MB 149 and S.T. Dupont XL Olympio.
