Ordered 3 cases, 2 brn and 1 black. They finally arrived from India and they are wonderful! I highly recommend them.

When you say "finally" it seems to imply you were waiting a while. How long was that? I have reached the stage of worrying that my 3 cases have gotten lost somewhere. If I can know how long it took, I will have something to compare to see if I am worrying needlessly.

I purchased three of these. They came wrapped nicely and are wonderful pen cases. Very good deal and good seller!

Mine took 2 to 3 weeks but arrived in good shape. These things vary a great deal because of customs. I've had things arrive to me in the USA from Singapore faster than from Canada. It all depends on how long things sit in customs...

Do you still have the three-pen brown case ? Also would it fit a MB 149 ?

Thanks

I've got to hand it to Ashish, he always comes through in the end. I'd ordered a brown 3-pen case several weeks ago, and eventually received a burgundy leather 3-pen case which would only take slim rather than normal-sized pens. I decided to write it off to experience and keep the burgundy case anyway. Then, a couple of weeks later, without any prompting from me, Ashish sent me a brown leather 3-pen case through the post. It was exactly what I had ordered, and if anything the quality of the case was even higher than that of the first 2-pen case I ordered (which was already very high). The leather is a beautiful dark brown and my pens fit into it perfectly. What's more, I've got a free burgundy pen case out of it. I'm well chuffed. Cheers, Ashish!

No signs of any of the 3 cases I paid for in early February, and a scratched pen for want of them.

How long does it take to get a pen case from you here in the USA. I ordered a case a while ago and have heard nothing.

Jim & Scrawler -

I ordered at the end of January (3 pen cases). They arrived last week.

They were postmarked the day after I paid for them.

I've heard some see them in a few weeks. Mine were over 10 weeks. Nothing to do with Ashish. Everything to do with the postal system. My guess is someone randomly decides if they go by air or by boat. Mine obviously came by ship. Well packed. Nice pen cases.

The first set I ordered took a bit over 4 weeks (2 pen cases), but got held up in Canada Customs. The second set never stopped at customs.

It will be interesting to see how long the next set takes.

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
