I love this color, I keep wanting to switch things up and change colors in my Cross ATX but I just can't bring myself to do it. I changed once a few months back to black and yes i never really got the converter completely clean. I think next time if I do change colors I will try some warm water with some ammonia in it and see if that helps. With a medium nib on my ATX this in is so deep and rich. I think its my pen (landed nib first my first week , writes fine but has a small spot where the tongs are too far apart) but I do have some starting issues after a few hours of not writing.

Which pen were you using for this one? I find it dries ok in a somewhat dry pen on fountain pen friendly paper -- i use it mostly on my piccadilly notebooks for comps. Ampad's a nightmare though....if only i didn't use law ruled paper for note taking
