PARKER DECIMAL CURRENCY BALLPOINT PEN - 1970s

As part of the slimming down of my pen collection, we have a weird one here: a Parker ballpoint from the 1970s that was to assist in the switchover in the UK from the old currency (pounds, shillings and pence) to the new Decimal currency (pounds and new pence).

It features a refill that has the conversion tables on it, which swivel round and appear in the plastic/perspex window as the actuator button is pressed.

As with many items I'm selling, I have little idea on value, so have started low and it seems to be attracting some interest.

You can find it here.

You won't see many of these.
