I am on a Safari binge at the moment, and a lime green one arrived today ! (you can still find them...)

But what ink should I use ?

All those colour co-ordinators out there , please advise

I am up for either matching or contrasting!!

All suggestions welcome

I suggest any green but nothing that isn't green. It almost made me feel ill watching Turquoise coming out from this pen!

I prefer to contrast...I think green and purple are great together so I'm using either Noodler's Purple Martin, Wampum or MB's Violet when I fill up. Cheers!

I always found the combination of lime green with navy to be pleasing. A nice deep blue or blue-black may contrast well with the bright green of the pen. I think the Visconti blue looks good with the lime Lamy.

Or you could go with a watermelon look and pick a bright pink ink (Herbin's Rose Cyclamen, perhaps?).

What about Herbin Vert Pre? Nice bright bouncy green.

I second (or third or fourth or whatever) the purple inks in my Lime Safari! I alternate between a favorite purple or Borealis Black, which seems to write perfectly with my EF nib.

Ridiculously addicted to my Lamy Safaris.

Diamine Jade Green is a bright green on the yellow side.

If you wanted it to match the pen even more, add some yellow ink

to the green ink.

Caran d'Ache Amazon - nice color, but expensive.

go for contrast! my rec would be a bold pure red, like R&K Morinda, but I'm sure R&K Magenta would look cool too.

I'd think Diamine Kelly Green would be about right.

Me too!

Thirded!

It was a bit too bright for me to take to, but it should go well with a Lime Green Safari.
