Though it would be quite ballsy to grow something as conspicuous as a massive field of what resembles marijuana and have it actually be marijuana, rather than, for all practical purposes, non-psychoactive hemp.

 

No, but how about a few dozen plants tucked in here and there? It would be hard for regulators to test every single one. On the other hand, there would be incredible scrutiny of the process, at least at first, so it would still be pretty gutsy.
