Here's a great little article about Winston Churchill's breakfast order while flying to the USA. You can see the original article HERE

 

He wrote out what he required (including the whisky and soda and cigar) using a fountain pen and you can clearly see on this small image the effects of high altitude on a fountain pen. See the blotches :-)

Sounds like a normal inflight meal, pretty much what I have come to expect when flying Air Scare.
