Thought I would try my hand at reviewing an item recently purchased. The Fountainpen Revolution's leather Pen Roll has already been reviewed, https://www.fountainpennetwork.com/forum/index.php/topic/281101-the-fountain-pen-revolution-leather-roll-up-pen-pouch/ and it was much appreciated, since I can not recall what compelled me to purchase another leather pen roll. Along with a new leather pen roll, also purchased a red two pen notebook pouch. Must admit, it was the fact it is offered in red, which initially interested me in making an extra purchase. Since both were shipped from India, it took about three weeks for them to arrive. However, when I least expected them, on a Saturday, they were a welcomed surprise. The two pen notebook pouch will fit up to an A5 notebook or journal, dimensions 8 x 5.75 (21.0 x 14.8 cm). The elastic is pretty tight and strong, so it will also fit onto something slightly shorter also. It is made of jute and cotton. It goes on similar to a headband or rubber band style. Doubt I would recommend using it for any journal or notebook which is softcover, as it needs something firm to form itself around. It holds two pens with ease. Currently, it is holding my two newest beauties, but I will probably be rotating two other pens at some point. The pen pouches are large enough for holding big pens. I have tried my Pelikan M800, TWSBI 580, Lamy Safari. Currently, it is carrying a Noodler's Ahab Flex and an Omas Ogiva Alba. Hopefully, this will give some sense of size pen which pouches fit. I have also taken to hanging an extra Noodler's Ahab Flex on the outside of one of the pouches. Yet, using this two pen notebook pouch does pose some awkwardness. I am using it on a binder given to me recently; it is holding a left handed notebook I purchased from Anderson Pens. It fits almost perfectly. Yet, the notebook's binder does not lay completely flat when opened due to the pouches touching a flat surface. Therefore, the pouches inhibits it from being totally comfortable while writing. Yet, having written in near darkness recently, while in a movie theatre, it is not impossible to use by those who do not necessarily need to write on a completely flat surface. Having both my pens attached to my notebook is worth a bit of discomfort to me. The two pen notebook pouch comes in several colors, including black, blue, red, and natural and cost at time of this reviewi $9.00, excluding shipping. http://www.fountainpenrevolution.com/penpouches.html
