I've seen a lot of discussion (and questions) about how practical it is to use a stub nib for everyday writing. I have a distince preference for factory stubs and carry one nearly every day along with a fine or medium. What follows are several Fountain Pen Reviews focusing on the stub nibs. I'll try to add pictures along with the review scans.

Nice work Pete - I also tend not to use very hard to replace vintages in daily rotation - they keep creeping back :)

This is a very good example of a fine vintage pen in very good shape.

Yes, Pete, these old Sheaffer flat tops are lovely writers, aren't they. I have three I use regularly. But a factory stub! I wish.
