Parker 51 Sterling Silver

When I got this girl she was in bad shape.

She liked to rip up paper instead of write on it. With much time and care, she is the beauty queen she once was, probably better.

Parker 51s are one of my favorites. This girl is no exception.

Check her out:

She delivers a nice fine wet line and writes for a LONG time. I'm happy to have her.

And..

I'd be happy if you'd comment. :roflmho:

I'm so jealous!

Still, you've definitely earned her by nursing her back to health. I haven't even quite figured out how fountain pen nibs work, let alone do I have any clue how to revive them from death's doorstep as you've done!

Great work, and enjoy!

:) good thing to hear and kudos to you for fixing the pen back in shape

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time
