Sweet...! I particularly like the solid green with black cap.

Yes, that solid green barrel is nice!

It's the smallest of them all: an M150, sold in a special 170th anniversary box.

Here is a quick update: popping out from the tray!

Nice pictures! The white/ tortoise is nice! That's on my wishlist as well (although I think it will be quickly snapped up by my wife! That's where the Sonnet Crocodile vermeil went).

Jarno.

Nice collection. Grows really fast :)

I can't find your new m420 in it. Or is it the one next to the white/ tortoise?

Look, don't mention it... :headsmack:

It's two weeks that I'm waiting for that one. Last Friday (after my enquiry) the seller told me that he made a "mistake" and the pen was back to him (?). On Saturday he shipped it a second time.

So, we will see... hopefully next week.

Grows really fast

I'm not guilty! The new M800 OS was unintentional... too much of a nice price to leave it behind!

Just lovely.

Especially the brown 400. How does it write? My brown 400 writes nicely flexible. Hope at some time, pelikan comes up with a brown m600. Or even a new brown m400.

Thank you!

The 400 is untested so far, but it does look to have some springiness.

A new M400 would be great but I am afraid Pelikan is going to reduce its range year after year rather than expand it.

- Wow, that's quite a collection of Pelikans, very nice!

I'm waiting for my first Pelikan to arrive, an M805 Blue. Looking forward to it.

Is there a certain size/model in the Pelikan line that you are especially fond of?

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

Well, as user I lean towards the M600/M800 size. But I like the smaller size for their finishes and the big one for home/desk use.

Wowzers! That's a very impressive collection.

Is there anything you're missing?

Oh, I'd like to have a lot more ;)

the metal M6XX and a solid blue M805 come to my mind now... and a Toledo, a 400N, the other 140 colors... I'm not in hurry, you know!

Thank you. I got the M1000 for the 2008 Xmas. I will have a green striped M1050 some day!

Love your collection! Do you not like the M215s?

Yes I do. We just didn't meet yet...

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
