Dear Amber,

 

The new De Atramentis Document inks are lovely and I particularly enjoy this Brown one.

 

However, you sure are right about them being wet and I had to give up on the Green one: my batch was too wet and the ink would 'fall out' of both pens I tried to use. Green spots everywhere in my office!

It is a shame, because I really like the green colour. Here is an unfinished quick sketch showing it with the brown. (Note the big green splat in the middle of the tree :()

That green looks a lot like Polar Green and seems a tad chalky.

 

I love wet inks for mixing with the dry inks that I otherwise would never use.
