What brand are they?

Can't tell for sure. Usually Zara rebrands third party products, although often they indicate the original maker (as in the Winsor and Newton brushes and acrylic paint tubes). These ones, to tell the truth, I didn't check, but looking at the pictures, in the spine it says "www.toolstoliveby.com.tw", so I guess they were provided by Tools to Liveby, in Taiwan.

 

I just checked the webpage, and it seems Tools to Liveby are distributors of fine goods collected from all over the world, so it may be they were made by a provider of them, or even themselves, as in their "About us" page they mention they are slowly starting to make their own goods. Which would make sense as the notebooks say they are "Printed in Taiwan".

 

I've gone through their whole current notebook offer but couldn't find them, but they carry all major brands. So most likely they, or a local maker are the original producers and probably made a good offer to Zara to make themselves known worldwide.

 

Or maybe they were explicitly commissioned by Zara from them as a one-off production.
