I love the Concorde, and have never had any luck finding one. I can't believe that you did, and for a steal, by the looks of it.

Wow,

D.

I guess it's not yet in your hands, Force?

Would love to see more pics when it arrives, and you can find the time...

The pen looks like a Sheaffer Prelude.

All sellers pictures so far,

It was up for a BIN of £5.99 with offers...so I offered £5 which was accepted. It comes with a blue deluxe box.

The Concorde must be one of the most gorgeous pens I know. Enjoy this beauty!

Congratulations!

I love my violet Concorde. It is very light pen and very very smooth writer. Hope you enjoy yours too!

Looking at the nib, it is obvious that the Carène is inspired by the Concorde.

Will you get any cartridges, except the one shown?

Yes, very similar.

Only one cartridge but enough to give it a try.

My Concord is working at the moment perfectly with a Kaweco-Converter and also Kaweco cartridges did work. So I assume every Pelikan-style cartridge should fit.

Look what popped up today for BIN £12 with free delivery. I was only waiting for a CF converter to appear..

That's a nice find, Force, even if the pen itself should prove rubbish... in which case you also can promote it to dissection-project level

The silver pen arrived today which I have cleaned and is now drying. It's very good for £5 though has one small dink in the cap.

Well, you may look upon it as a dinky toy. Those can get quite valuable.

Cleaned of all old ink.

The silver has a couple of marks on the cap and nib but hardly noticeable.

The black has two long cracks in the barrel but it's nib and converter are A1.

Nice, Force...

I hope to run in something like that someday, myself...
