Cross Bailey Replacement Nib

Greetings all,

 

I recently purchased a Cross Bailey in a lovely shade of blue from the local office supply megastore. I'm rather fond of the new pen, it's currently dominating my rotation. If I did have one complaint about the pen, it's the nib. It's smooth enough and writes wonderfully, but I really prefer an extra fine or fine, and the pen only came in medium. The muggles at the office supply store barely knew what a fountain pen was, so they were no help in procuring a replacement nib, so I thought I would go to the source of all fountain pen knowlege - this forum.

 

Long story short (I realize it's a little late for that), where can I get a replacement nib for a Cross?

You can't. I contacted Cross for the same thing and they said that they do not sell replacement nibs for the Bailey line.
