Isellpens.com - What Is Going On?

Anyone know what has happened to IsellPens? I have been a satisfied customer for years, but for several days now I get the message "Firefox can't find the server at www.isellpens.com" when I try to go to Todd's site.

Hi,

All good here. I'm running Firefox 22.0 from a Mac OS 10.8.4.

Perhaps a responsible adult has blocked access of your UserID to all FP-related sites. :yikes:

Thanks all. Same results using Internet Explorer. Leads me to believe Norton is blocking me for some reason (I am using a laptop that was recently completely re-built). Going into Norton, I get the same message when trying to follow a Norton link!!!!! I guess I'm in for quite a bit of work trying to decipher the incomprehensible listings of Norton options.

Auf freiem Grund mit freiem Volke stehn.

Did you ever take a look to see who is left around?
Every store I thought was cool, is six feet under ground
I tried to buy pens lots of times and now I'm gonna shop with you
I got some ink and I'm here to say, baby you can get some too

Still alive and well, still alive and well
Every now and then I know it's kind of hard to tell
But isellpens is still alive and well

Stranger and stranger. I get the problem accross platforms (Windows, iPad and Android). I am at my summer cottage where I had Fairpoint DSL installed 4 days ago - it is clearly their problem and not Norton as I had originally thought because they are the only common denominator now, but their tech support could not anaylse the problem. They CAN access the site their end, so say I need "advanced tech support" for which I must pay - for their problem! The price of doing business in the USA!

Anyway, this is now a subject more suitable for a computer tech site than for Fountainpennetwork, so thanks for getting me on the right path and let's close the string.

You might want to check your router and/or modem etc. They usually have built in firewalls and can stop access to things. Maybe unplug and let sit for a couple of minutes to clear their memory, then plug them back in. If that does not work, you can usually go into their software and look at settings.

Bypass any and all routers if possible and see if it still happens. If you connect straight to a DSL bridge only modem though you'll have to initiate the PPPoE dial-in from your computer.

Another option is factory resetting whatever router you're using. You might also want to check if your provider has a forum where you can ask other users if they also experience the issue.
