You Want To Try Design.y's "tomoe River" Paper?

I got a Design.Y "Model 216" notebook a few weeks ago, and Mr. Yoshino included a leaf of loose "Tomoe River" paper. So: if you're considering a Design.Y notebook (or have an extreme paper fetish) and want a sample, PM me with your address and I'll send a sheet. I don't really have any way of deciding who I should send them to if more people are interested than I have sheets, so please don't ask unless you fit into the criteria in the second sentence. Honor system, etc.

I haven't written a review of the notebook yet because I wait to do so until after I've used a notebook for an extended period of time, and I'm still on a Rhodia Webbie. Nonetheless, there are some more pictures of the unused Model 216 on flickr, plus some comparisons to the Webbie, if you'd like to get a sense of its size. Note that the photos are unedited jpgs. I rather like the Model 216, although I wonder if I should've gotten the slightly larger version.

I definitely meet the parenthetical reference clap1.gif (and I would get the larger size if I can convince my wife to let me spend the money) notworthy1.gif. So, if you are still willing I would love a sheet...

I will send a PM with details...

Dgturner -- you should have your paper. If anyone else wants to try it, send me a PM; otherwise, I'll start using the paper for notes and lists and so forth; after all, the list is the origin of culture.

PM sent.

Jake, I am curious - did you have to ask for the loose leaf? Or was the sample included in your package? (and thus completely unexpected?)

@Silent Speaker—they just threw it in. One side had a message saying, "Thanks for buying a notebook!", which I thought a rather nice touch.

Thanks for the info!
