I chanced upon a pic of a SAILOR 1911 (large) in Matte Black.

 

Is there a ribbed version ?

 

And is it available with a Naginata Togi nib?

Yes. nibs.com appears to have them, and they come with Naginata Togi nib in medium/fine, medium, and broad.

I can just imagine a RIBBED version in that marvelous matte black .....

I just feel it's really elegant. Though I am undecided which is more cool , the gold trim or the silver trim...

I can just imagine, over time, the ribs will take a different sheen from the grooves ...
