Spring cleaning time! :) I hope you don't mind going here to look at the pens for sale. (There is a long explanation for this... but not right now, LOL.) A quick list: Stipula Etruria Volterra with 1.1 mm nib, Waterman 7 with Brown nib (Canadian), Swan Self-Filling Pen with oblique fine nib (somewhat flexible), yellow Waterman Charleston with factory stub, Waterman Carene Deluxe with factory stub (and medium nib+section if you want that too). Thank you for looking! :)

If I thought it would make me write like you, I'd buy them all......

Seriously though, no cash otherwise I'd definitely have the Charleston... :(

Hi Leigh,

May I ask what style of writing is it in your pen description? It is very lovely, and I would like to learn to write like you!

Thank you!

Regards,

Soki

Hi Soki! It's a mongrel Spencerian-Copperplate-whatever I remember from the nuns in school. :)

Just email leighpod at gmail dot com to reserve a pen. Click to enlarge the shots. All prices include shipping via EMS, which takes 7 to 9 working days. Thank you!

Stipula Etruria Volterra, bought from Pengallery more than a year back. Still in very good condition. It has a 1.1 mm nib that I tweaked so it would write better, and it does. ;) This is a c/c filler. I'll ship it with the box. USD 350.

Waterman 7 with Brown nib, marked Canada. Brassing on the clip and cap band. The body is black and shiny. Not for lovers of bling. The Brown nib writes a moderately wet fine-to-medium line and while it doesn't offer line variation, it has lovely shading (most likely due to increased ink flow with added pressure on the downstroke). USD 120.

A close-up of the nib, just because nib close-ups are cool.

"Swan Self-Filling Pen." Brassing on bands, but it doesn't look bad. The cap has very slight browning of the BHR. Imprints are readable. Not exactly a common pen, but I have its rarer sibling in RMHR, so this one can make a new owner happy. This pen needs its sac replaced - someone please replace it, so this pen can continue to be the wonderful writer it is. USD 160.

The cap has a red ripple disc on top.

Waterman Charleston in screaming yellow. Sometimes it's too cheerful to look at. ;) The nib on it now is a factory stub, but do note that it doesn't match the white trim. However, it's a great stub - medium wetness, and very smooth on paper. The tines spread slightly under pressure, which makes for more pronounced line variation if you want to try that way of writing with it. This is a user pen, with a stain on the threads and microscuffs. USD 70. ON HOLD.

Waterman Carene Deluxe in blue with sterling silver cap, factory stub nib. (I know I have the original medium nib and section here somewhere, too, and will include it with the pen.) Very good condition, a few minor use marks, a mark on the section where the cap touches it directly. I've discovered I like my stubs with flex, so this one can go to a new home. USD 130.

(The long story is, I forgot my Photobucket password, and could not be bothered to reset it, upload the images and tag them blah blah, so I decided to use Wordpress, and I am so happy to have discovered that I can link directly to my blog's uploaded images! Not that this is of any importance in your decision to purchase or not to purchase a pen, LOL.)
