I love the look of marbled paper and tried making some at home. There are lots of YouTube videos and online instructions available --- plus tons of better examples. I'm using any sheets that comes out light to write letters on and the ones that come out more vibrant colors are cut in thirds and used for letter wraps. I pieced together a method to do this cheaply with ingredients I could buy locally: cornstarch, alum, liquid acrylic paint and paper... which I've got lots and lost of. .... and yes, it looks a little bit like the refrigerator art your kids bring home for school. BTW, they often use unscented shaving cream instead of cornstarch when doing this as a kid's projects. http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3785/8961906971_2c3ba5c714_o.jpg http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3701/8961907569_4e0977e2fc_o.jpg
