Hello, fellow FPNers: I've got a beautiful Yard-o-led Viceroy that writes as gloriously as it's built. BUT... Whereas I'm normally wishing for pens to be a bit wetter, this is the one in my collection that I wish would slow the heck down. Frankly, it needs a diaper/nappy. The rate of flow to the writing point of the nib is fine/lovely/good, but the feed is continuously getting soaked -- to the degree that the fins on the underside of the feed fill completely and, after ten minutes or so of writing, the pen chucks a massive splodge of ink onto the page. A big blart (blob + fart) of ink. Before I go to the hassle of sending the pen off to Yard-o-led for attention, anyone got any suggestions about what I might try as a home remedy? Many thanks, in advance! --h
