Great group of pens for sale

I'm selling a great group of pens to fund a Pam and it's down to the nub of what was once 100 pen collection. This is some, not all of some of the best of the last 30, I really never wanted to sell. Panerai is addictive, but very expensive, so I have to move some things if I want to buy another watch. If your into watches, I have a couple of nice values in nice watches below in the other marketplace.

Anyway, the pens are all in outstanding writing order with boxes and papers unless otherwise noted. They are very very nice and will ship for the price listed in the CONUS. International we'll have to negotiate shipping. I would like paypal bank to farha1@comcast.net. First, definite I want it with paypal gets it as usual.

Starting from the far right and working back the Parker Centennial full size with a fine nib is a great LE and comes with an incredible maple box befitting the pen. It's is a fine nib excellent writer and is gorgeous is stunning. I would need at least 315.00 for this pen.

Next the Center Parker is the Parker Black and Grey Mosaic. Again a great writer with all boxes and papers. It has a nice smooth medium nib. It is the Centennial full size. I would need 210.00 for this pen

And the far left pen is the Parker International size Amber Mosaic. It's stunning and has a fine nib. I would like 220.00 of the Amber Parker.

The Pen at the right is the Visconti Wall Street LE Red with a fine nib. It's an incredible writer and wonderful pen. It's in mint condition and I've had it for about 6 mos and while I've had it in my rotation it's not seen heavy use. It's really great. I have the complete box and document package. It would ship complete CONUS for 395.00. I also have the same pen fine nib in BLUE the LE and the nib has had to be worked on twice by one of the great nibmeisters. For 99 % of the people this would be great, really fine nib just the tiny hint of tooth and responsiveness. But I like my nibs smooth as silk and wet to the point of sloppy. Anyway for Blue Visconti if someone is really desperate for it I would need 325.00

The other Pen is the Bexley Tortoise Poseidon with a Stub that I had Deb Kinney adjust. It's an incredible nib, I believe Boch makes them and it's a great nib and writer consistent to me with Omas. I would need 210.00 for this pen.

This is a NIB uninked Montblanc Cervantes Writers LE. I paid a premium to bet this beauty with a fine nib. It has never seen ink and I would have to have 675.00 for this in CONUS. If it doesn't sell I wont be sad in the least. As you can see it has all documents, boxes and outer box. It is a stunning pen so much so I haven't been able to use it

Starting at the far right is an OMAS is a charcoal grey swirl old style Paragon celluloid. Pen is a medium nib. This is one pen that I can't replace, they are no longer in production and very hard to find. If someone is looking to find this celluloid pen with white trim, it could complete a collection. I was short the Arco Green and the Scarlet they are so scarce that the price is now prohibitive to get the Arco Green I would like. I still have to Arco Browns, blue Royales and saffron blue but won't sell them. I'm not keen to sell it, but if someone would like this Paragon celluloid, I would need 550.00 CONUS I have the box and papers somewhere too.

The middle pen is very nice Churchill razor level fill with a fine nib. I have a Churchill complete box and papers somewhere too. All these pens are great writers and I would need 285.00 CONUS for this Conway Stewart beauty.

The final pen is a gorgeous Black with Silver Trim New Style OMAS paragon BB Nib complete with box and papers. I don't really want to sell this pen to sell it but if someone really wants it I would need 395 conus for this Omas pen.

The pen I am listing here is the Waterman 52 ebonite. I purchased it from John Mottishaw and it's an incredible pen. It has an Ideal #2 nib with a fine semi-flex. It's a dream of dreams to write with incredible line variation. I would need 200.00 CONUS for this pen.

If someone is really interested in the Green Stripe OS Sheaffer it has a BBB ITALIC signature nib and would consider selling it too.

Again these are all great pens and some I don't use enough to not to give someone else a shot at them. Some I'm not to thrilled to sell. All prices include CONUS shipping and international would have to be negotiated. First I want it with Paypal to farha1@comcast.net

If you have an interest in either a Hamilton Jazzmaster or a Montblanc Chrono Timewalker take a look below.

Thanks for taking a look,

Mike

Gorgeous collection there, excellent taste, by the way I'm a fellow Panerai addict as well :headsmack: I know how bad it can be, btw I hang out at www.paneristi.com, drop by some time and share some pics :-)

Mike, can you do a closeup of the OS Balance's nib?

I was looking at that, and thought that thing is so wide, you can almost see it in the original shot!!!! :yikes:

You know, I'm a big watch guy, and never heard of Paneri until now. Admittedly, I'm mostly into German watches (Stowa, etc), with the occasional Poljot or Omega thrown in, but I really like these Paneri's, with the in-house movements.

...I can almost hear my wallet imploding.

There's the Sheaffer Senior Balance. I bought it from Sam at Pendemonium. I think I paid 325.00. It's a beauty and in great shape. It's vintage and has some brassing on the nib and the clip and band. But it's in great shape. The sack is soft and pliable and the barrel and grip is not shelacked in, but I assumed that it was not something she wanted to do for a variety of reasons. It doesn't leak and the sack is soft and pliable. It is an incredible writer. Like all pens that are vintage, at some point you would have to replace the sack, but the lever fill and sack have always worked fine.

My pictures suck, while I'm a mac user and it covers a multitude of sin, I'm not a photographer. I'm not trying to fool anyone and will sell to someone for 210.00 that will use it and care for it. I want another Panerai and want someone who will take of these to have the benefit. That's all there is to it.

The last two are of the Waterman 52, it's an incredible pen. Someone is missing a great pen here. I'll reduce it to 200.00.

I wanted you to see the difference in penmanship it makes and if you know how to use a semi-flex it will make even more difference.

I've tried to get better pictures of the vintages 3 times and am worn out with it.

I may try to post this again tonight but what doesn't sell by 6pm tomorrow evening, I'm keeping. Everything else is gone and this stuff will probably go fast too if I highlight it more.

Both watches are gone too

Thanks and all the best

Mike

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
