Diamine Sepia

Thanks Immoteus for a nicely done ink review. I had the same ink and sold it because it didn't do anything for me. Maybe the new owner, another FPN member, might stick her head in and say what she thinks about the ink. In general, though, Diamine is my ink of choice. I love their great flow and nice drying behavior.

Thanks for the review. I've read that Diamine brown colored inks were on the light side, but this one appears to also have a yellowish tinge that I had not heard about before... It reminds me a bit of a much lighter version of Sailor Brown. By the way, if anyone is curious, this ink appears much lighter than the new Diamine Saddle Brown.

That would be me. I like the Diamine Sepia but I think it looks closer to a light golden brown than what I would call sepia. Fortunately, I'd wanted a golden brown so that worked out. However, for a Sepia I prefer R&K's Sepia. It has that brownish/yellowish/grayish cast that I think of as being more like a sepia with a vintage or antique look.
