I always post. I like the look and feel of a posted pen better, both for small and larger pens.

Never post, on my approximate 10 daily users pens, only one is posted and it's because it is too short when not posted

Almost always, but would likely not post a nicer pen that would show wear from posting.

I post on all my pens, if they'll let me. I'd lose the cap otherwise. And besides, posting marks are just another way of showing off the pen's character.
