I highly doubt that that luxury box came with a Sheaffer Fineline. Also, it is a box for a single pen and the price of $5.00 (see tag inside the box) is far too high for a Fineline. This box is shown on page 4 of the 1963 Sheaffer catalog and paired with a Sheaffer 'Dolphin' pen set. The $5.00 tag in the box would be correct for a Sheaffer 500 Dolphin.
