Parker Sonnet Ciselé sterling silver without Minerva head hallmark?

Hello! I recently got a new rollerball pen. I was told it was a Parker Sonnet Ciselé. Judging by the "U" mark, it was made in 2011 in France. I found the stamp "MD 925" and the rhomboid Parker mark on it. But I don't see the Minerva head hellmark. I found in internet some photos from that period where the marks match mine. Do you think I have an original pen or a fake?PXL_20250520_114923210.thumb.jpg.30e07e54363acbcf4bfd866e9c1abf3e.jpgPXL_20250520_1137289542.jpg.6629dc0933afa44356d93ff7a9f8f2c5.jpg

English is not my native language. I often use google translate. Sorry

Looks genuine to me. If it was made for export, it is possible that they would omit the French hallmark stamp.

Мне кажется, что это подлинник. Если бы он был сделан на экспорт, возможно, они бы не поставили французское клеймо.

Thank you for your opinion. At the moment I am also inclined to believe that this is the original: I have studied many videos on YouTube and posts/photos on forums and have not found any sign of the fakes that are described there

I have no doubt it is genuine.  There are certain features the counterfeiters do not get right.

With the help of a hint from Number99 in private messages, I was able to find the answer to my question!

This is what I found on the official French government websites:

https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/codes/section_lc/LEGITEXT000006069577/LEGISCTA000006162619/?anchor=LEGIARTI000006305104#LEGIARTI000006305104

"Article 524-bis
Version valid from 1 January 2005 to 1 July 2025
The warranty stamp does not apply to:
b) Articles containing gold, silver or platinum and weighing less than the threshold values established by decree;
"

and

https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/codes/article_lc/LEGIARTI000006298964/2002-03-31/

"Article 186 ter
Version in force from March 31, 2002 to May 20, 2013
For the application of point b) of article 524-bis of the General Tax Code, the thresholds for exemption from the guarantee seal are set at a weight of less than 3 grams for articles containing gold or platinum, and 30 grams for articles containing silver."

So my pen, made in 2011 and weighing about 28 grams, may not have the Minerva head stamp.

I hope this information can be useful to the community.

I have the matching ballpoint (to your RB) in front of me now and there is no Minerva stamp, just 925 and Parker hallmark.
