Relief 3-S button filler

Hi everybody! Long time no see. I picked up and a relief 3s, hard rubber. I got the section off, got all the crystallized sack out. There's two metal bars inside, one of the bars came out. The other one seems affixed. Anybody know know how these mechanisms work? How to fix or who to repair them? Thank you so much! Ellis

It has been a while.  
 

I seem to remember you remove the button and mechanism from the inside. The mechanism is threaded in place. Look for what appears as a screw driver slot and back it out from the inside. 
 

I can’t remember what the internals are but I remember I didn’t have the parts to fix it.
